That's the worst!! Do you have any hives or rash looking patches? If you have any sudafed or benadryl that would help, hydrocortisone cream is good, if you're into essential oils mint, menthol or camphor works. If you have none of those, honey can also work. Above all stay hydrated. Hope some of that helps...

I might go back and try something different. My skin in general is extremely sensitive. I bought anti itch cream but it's not helping at all. It kinda looked like hives but only because I couldn't stop itching. If I stop itching it eventually goes away but the itch is torture

and also wash with goat soap . The hydro cream only masks the itch. Go natural if you can :) ....and dont moisturize right after a shower...wait for at least 10-15 mins :)
