@WomenRfromVenus South Korea is a high context society and USA is a low context society. This is also a big reason why people from both countries have a huge culture shock when traveling to the other country, especially for business.

There are tons of information about the differences. Eastern countries tend to be more high context and western countries tend to be more low context.
