I think I need to make red cabbage sauerkraut.

Picking off a bunch of buds, forming and baby peppers, so more energy gets directed to nearly fully grown fruit. Bunch more left to pick off.

Topped all peppers to prevent any more foliage growth too.

13" cucumber, more peppers. Few red cabbages. There's a bunch more cucumbers, peppers and cabbages in the garden. Letting those stay in the garden for another few weeks.

I anticipate frost soon and that’ll be the end of my pepper picking for the year, but for now…
