Lol it's supposed to be a Jack-o-lantern, moving up and down, with animated mouth and eyes. My windows are too narrow and not tall enough, so I'm losing at least a foot vertically and more than a foot horizontally.
Phone app allows you to control the scenes, speed and brightness. There's a ton of pre-set animations in each holiday/celebration/occasion and you can make custom static or animated scenes, including text in any combination of colors (you basically use 400 LED's as your canvas and build animations frame-by-frame).
