That's from Kingdom Come. When everything's gone to hell partly bc of how Superman effed up, and he's trying to get Batman to help him but Batman is like screw you, I had this handled and you screwed it up...but then Superman says that quote and Batman finally gives him just the smallest bit of info to help him bc it hits him deep down
