Why are some messages not sending? And if they are not sending, why doesn't it say so? I keep waiting on answers to messages that never actually went through.

Why are some messages not going through? It happens mostly when I copy and paste my rp scene idea and send it to someone. It says it's delivered but they never get it. Then ig I send another message like "Did you get it?", that does go through.
