Hi, I'm HaltCapsaicinStyptysat, called Halt by most. I'm a huge kemonomimi enthusiast, my favorite variations being those of uncommon animals - foxes, wolves, horses, bunnies and the likes. Of course, I'm not one to dislike a good old cat or dog either. As you might've guessed by now, I'm a total weeb, deeply interested in Japanese media and culture, though you might find I stray far from the mainstream and I'm not exactly well-versed in what's hot nowadays. Because I'm such a total loser, I'm of course awful at making small talk, though click the right buttons and I can make for a decent conversation partner. It's just hard to find these buttons.
I struggle with clinical depression and a serious case of social anxiety, meaning I experience a lot of stress. I see this site mostly as a way to relieve some of it, either via just talking with people or roleplaying. Don't worry, I'm not the kind of person to vent - nobody likes that - so you can be assured this is the only time I ever mention that stuff.

Roleplaying
Seeing as this seems to be my main interest, I'd like to talk a bit more about the kind of roleplaying I enjoy. I'm content roleplaying either fictional (including original) characters or myself, though I'd very much appreciate if we clearly established which of these you're actually expecting from me.
I have over 10 years of roleplaying experience, and I do like to think I'm quite good at it, mostly thanks to adaptability. I can write as exhaustive or as concise as you'd like me to, though I do tend to lean towards including more than just a few details. I'm interested in both sexual and non-sexual roleplay, and when it comes to the sexual stuff, it will honestly depend on my mood. I'm fine with most stuff (within the rules of the site, of course) and will be happy to at least hear you out. If I had to pick a favorite, I'd say I prefer "slice of life" scenarios, be it affectionate or not so affectionate ones.
If you do ever approach me in the chatrooms, please make your intentions clear. If you intend to offer me roleplaying, do not open with boring small talk amounting to "hi" and "how are you". Chances are, I will simply get bored and ignore you if you do that.​
