Issue persists 7+ months later... This needs to get resolved. It's beyond annoying. Doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason to it either.

Funny. In another post, I said the mods were ignoring this issue, and a mod gave me a snarky reply and disputed my claim, saying they weren't ignoring the issue. No response from a mod on this post in a month, despite being updated with new, helpful information...

Even better--they're completely ignoring it! Admins/Mods play dumb and act like they have no idea what we're talking about e.g. "DiScOnNeCtS?? WhAt DiScOnNeCtS??"

What's even more irritating is that admin(s)/mods seem to be ignoring the issue altogether, as there are multiple posts about this--all of which have gone unanswered--and the issue persists.

This has gotten ridiculous. Every single day, I get disconnected mid-day (usually between the hours of 12pm and 5pm CST/CDT). It happens to everyone in all chat rooms, and it never happens just once. IME, I will experience repeated disconnects every 5-10min for the duration of the aforementioned...
