As a temporary measure, how about changing the defaults in preferences, media attachments to thumbnail, small. Then they won’t be in anyone’s face, unless they go change their settings.

Why not just add dick pics as a category in Preferences, Media Attachments. Those that like them can keep them, those that don't can collapse them

and boob pics, too?

If you prevent dick pics you need to also prevent pussy pics, any other decision is patently sexist.
