Just went through on both devices and checked - tickbox was ticked, same issued occurred.

Lucky you! I still seem to be having the same issue - I've gone ahead and tried multiple browsers (Firefox + Edge) to no avail

I'm getting the same issue too using Chrome on mobile - it works when I login using a guest account but when I use my actual account it doesn't let me login at all.
