We left the hospital!

I wish I could do you in my leg cast..... no yoga for 8 more weeks is not fun

Any tips on how to Yoga in a leg cast? Currently waiting for this baby to dry..... best tip and I'll do it naked when I get home........

A few weeks ago I took this...... Heels even in a cast!

Cant do shoes as Im currently in an NHS hospital waiting for this to dry!..... but I miss heels!

I have a new cast! First appointment the morning... 7am! In pink until the next one! Its drying now.

I love naked yoga..... its so freeing.

x was fun! Its not all dull in. a cast!
