I believe it is a crime, but I'm not against it... taking a persons life without any justification or in defense is simply murder.. I'm more interested in ppls view IF they commit murder on...

True.. but if you are intent on getting away with it.. (depending on what kind of murder) what would be your steps/plans on the murder itself and then getting away with it.? seems to me a lot more goes into getting away with it than the actual murder itself.
