As you can probably tell by my name, I’m new to this whole thing. And yep…I’m not even entirely sure what I’m really looking for on here!
I found this site only a few weeks ago randomly when I was at home whilst the fam were out. Probably out of boredom and the fact that being single kinda sucks when you’ve got no one to really chat with. And there are topics that you can’t exactly chat about. Even with my close gf’s! They probably wouldn't even believe me if they knew I was on here. Let alone, have an account!
IRL I’ve always been quite introverted. Right from when I was young. My friends and family would probably say that too. I was always the quiet one. Kept myself to myself. But still had a lot of friends. I just wasn’t the one who liked being the centre of attention or enjoyed all the drama. I used to hang around with the “popular” girls but always felt like a bit of an outsider. I never really expressed my views. Or really spoke out. I guess that’s why I feel a lot more open to chat on here, without necessarily being judged.
I feel like I can be myself. I’ve enjoyed chatting in the evenings with a few people on here. It’s always been someone different and on a short term basis. We spoke about life, relationships and yep, you know what
But honestly, depending on my mood, I wouldn’t say no to it. So I thought, it’d probably be a good time to just make an account and see what happens.
So I guess vaguely what I’m looking is to try and find a long term parter. Someone who can chat in the evenings with me before bed. Someone who is easy to chat with, kind and fun. Is that too much to ask for?!
