I always consider permanent or long-term chastity as something really exciting and hot, but I've never managed to go longer than 6 days.

I made it to 3 weeks last locktober, so I have a few tips. Find a way to hide the key from yourself. I froze mine in a 2 liter soda bottle, but a better option would just be to give it to a friend to hang on to. Another thing is to distract yourself throughout the day so you don't even think about it. Play video games, hang out with some friends, go on a walk, etc, anything you can do to forget about your cage. Finally, keep your dildo handy, and whenever you feel like playing with yourself, take a ride on that. I found a good 30-60 minute session satisfied my cravings enough, even though I was doing it 2 or 3 times a day at the end lol.
