You can create a picture using your camera. It would be really nice if your could also delay the picture being made with a timer like 5 or 10 seconds so you van get into a good position.

Geez Stan, I'm so glad you told me.....
But putting all sarcasm aside, i was under the impression this forum was about suggestions to make FCN better. Of course you can use the camera app on your phone to use a timer, but this is not the case on a laptop.
On a phone (at least on Android) FCN disconnects as soon as you switch to another app, like the camera app. Anyone who sends you a DM at that time will get a message that the user is not logged in causing confusion. It usually reconnects automatically, but still.
And then there's other concerns, like the phone will immediately sync it up to the web, show in your gallery. All things you might want to prevent from happening for this type of selfies.

You posted this suggestion in Forum suggestions, not Live Chat suggestions. That suggests that your suggestion is for posting photos in forums.
