Just Flirting Saturday Fun

Ty some weight training but mostly military style physical workouts. Super slow reps for strength training. One push up.. 5 seconds down.. hold for 3 seconds.. 5 seconds back up. Not counting reps but going until full muscle failure for each of three sets. 2-3 days recovery time. Similar types of workouts for the rest of the muscles.
