Not knowing how long a ban is for and why

Has your ban been lifted? Literally same thing happened to me and I have no idea why. Been using the site for years and never done anything close to violating the TOU
 
Oh man, I sent an appeal without reading all this, and didn't include a screenshot. (Error: 41940c06) Should I resubmit the appeal with the screenshot?

I was banned mid DM convo. She had me download the Session app and I got kicked shortly after starting it. Not sure if that had something to do with it.
