im noticing there is no pics in any of the chatrooms. it will let me post one but it doesnt seem to be reaching anyone. is this a bug or new rules?

Probably disabled due to traffic and spam, can't imagine the strain of a chatroom with like 800+ people in it and many of those trying to simultaneously upload gifs and pictures.

That's how it currently is, while some technical things are being worked on.
Well, actually the pictures stopped working at some point, then they worked for literally one or two days and then they disappeared once again. I figure out it is an issue, not a feature here.
It would be really helpful if there was an official announcement from administrators on the temporary inconvenience.
Some people tend to think this is permanent and some of my friends here left the chat for good.
