well, if you throat punch someone at work you can get away with it if a) you claim they sexually assaulted you, or committed some other character assassination

b) you put a pillow case or sack or bag over their head so they can't identify you

c) you lock them in a utility closet, server room, or other isolated area they shouldn't be in that doesn't get checked routinely over a long holiday weekend

d) do it in a parking lot, throw them in the trunk of a rental car while they are stunned, and drive them off to the middle of no where, and leave them out there to contemplate their sins on the long walk back... assuming they are not eaten by coyotes
