That's how I feel right now. like is this really happening with me? Is this for real. Did I forget about my health this much because I was just too busy in life not to even think about it? Like wtf!

alas i spent a lifetime purposely not caring about my health, in the hopes it would hasten my departure.... i think things just sneak up on some people
