Lol I sure have.. I have recognized and come terms with where I went wrong.. lol from now on I'm ratting and reporting on everyone that does anything remotely wrong. Reports galore from now on.

I have now stepped my exercise routine to jogging 5km 4 times a week now.

one's body may be a temple but, one's heart mind and spirit are a whole other matter... running isn't nearly as fun unless one is being chased by something dangerous... but, spying on one's compatriots for the intent of landing them in trouble with the constabulary makes me think the condemned has missed the mark of the penance.
