I already addressed this issue just now privately with Brittany, aka @HereComesTrouble99. I meant to inform her of the news this coming Friday, but my above post appeared to have let the cat out of the bag early. I will be moving out of the house we share sometime in the coming months to live with Brett aka @Hoz.
