No wheelchair, no walker, no cane. Just my own two feet, with my left hand(the strong side), against the wall for support, just incase. lol I walked slowly to the staircase, and then walked up the stairs, then the rest of the way to my place. As they say slow, and steady wins the race. So far joshua, I'm winning this one against this stroke. : )
