Ehh Barbie had kind of a rough night last night with one of our other sisters, Captain. V-Bird's just trying to tell him to be there for her and help her get past it, and she knows he's probably the only one that can do it.
Lol @ThePyrate I'm quite the humble guy actually. Alora and I found out that one of her other sisters, the one she was closest to and doesn't chat here, is likely moving out of state and Alora may not see her again anytime soon. Alora's pretty torn up about it but I've been there to help see her through it and ensure her everything will be okay.
Lol @ThePyrate I have a special admiration for @Hoz due to the simple fact that he treats my sister with such love, kindness and respect. With so many abusive, unhappy relationships these days full of bickering and arguing, I never see it with them. It is such a refreshing sight.
@Hoz: humble is good. ah well, that is understandable; there's video chat and aeroplane tickets to mitigate long-distances.
@Alora23: i understand your grief, but there are ways to mitigate it. True communication takes true effort, even more so in this age of technology, ironically
I'm with ya Captain, their lovey dovey act is eyerolling but yeah I admit it's sweet and I'm happy that they're still this happy after 10+ months now.
I personally think in GWNISNM's case it's way too soon to be moving out of state to be with someone she barely knows but I've never understood that girl for all the years I've known her she's odd
@ThePyrate I will be fine. I was simply surprised at the suddenness of the news of my sister's imminent departure. I did not see this coming. I will adapt and adjust, however, with this as I have with previous obstacles and disruptions in my life.
@Alora23 no one likes surprises; in truth all of us despise change deep down. it's human nature. but, hopefully the change will be a good one for her, & you can still be a source of strength for each other, no matter how far the distance. the ties that bind seldom are ever unraveled forever. our bonds are all that keep us anchored in this world.
