Her last IP# in forums: IAB19-11 (77 times), five prior that: IAB19-18, one prior that: IAB19-18 (404 times), some in early June: IAB19-11 (at least 20 times), some in the beginning of the year: IAB19-11, few on the other side of the planet in the beginning of the year. We can't dictate to ISP's how they classify their networks in IAB.

11 and 18 are Datacenter and Internet Technologies, not VPNs

Some of the networks you use are self-identifying as Datacenters. Those will be auto-blocked as VPNs/Proxies. We can't fix how ISP's identify their own networks.
