Maybe someone is using your wifi or something and got banned and so it got your IP address. I've heard it happen before to some people.

Strange thing was I was in town so it would’ve been in cellular mode on my phone. My only guess is somebody else has a similar IP address or something. Home WiFi and no issues

Hmmm possibly it has to be something if you weren't even online or posted anything.

I love how people use cheap cellular service providers with deliberately very limited network resources and run into bans of other users, then complain in public, spreading misinformation before trying to log using a different network, like WiFi at home. Users never fail to disappoint with lack of critical thinking.
