This is going to sound cliche and annoying, but take up resistance training. The chemicals muscles release when working out have been known for a long time now as "anti-depressants." Do it every other day, take longs walks between those days and you'll be better soon.

Thank you both ….yeah today didn’t go as planned but tomorrow will hopefully be fine …that’s the plan anyway lol
And yeah that can be a New Year’s resolution…start doing some resistance training and I love walking so can also do that….thanks again
