In the forum it's possible to not show real age. Instead it shows between..-.. But in chat the real age is shown. How can I change that?

Is there a way to perform a search on members in the chatrooms to find those within a specific age group, or in specific country?

I'm 37, turning 38 later this year. Just wondering, into which category i belong to? am i one of the oldest here, or am i in the mid range, avg aged? Who are the elders (the oldest ones) of the FCN?
