issue

I've sent some pictures in chat but the other person constantly does not get the picture. I've tried sending myself a picture and sure enough, I didn't get it. Any possible fix? On my end it shows as sent, the problem is with the other end.

Please, help (maybe admins) every time I try to get in any chat it says "not autheticated" but i do have an account and i did confirm my email for FCN....so, what is going on????? help me :( xoxo
