How can I Delete my profile picture and change my birthdate in my profile

I'm over 18 and never discussed anything about under 18. Where the hell did this come from?

my cam used to work on this site but now for no apparent reason it wont. when i click on publish cam then allow the cam button goes back to grey and cam never turns on. I can cam at other sites like whereby with no problem so dont think its my cam malfunctioning. Thanks for your help.

my cam won't publish. is there a setting i triggered? never has this issue in the past and cam works on other programs. and cam worked earlier
