Account not authenticated when I come to log in to any chat room

So I created this account and when I use it to to log in to any chat room it tells me not authenticated the password and username I input are correct

Yes sir proof is I can change my account picture

 

Clear cookies and cache, see if that fixes it.

 

Unfortunately no sir should I just delete this account and create a new one
