I've been trying to enter the chat rooms for a week, and everytime i do so the above listed link appears. why is that happening?

all that link does is take me to a page with captachat puzzles, and that doesn't help explain the issue with this site.

 

There are no “captachat puzzles.”

It explains exactly what’s happening: your connection was used for nefarious purposes at some point in time and is being flagged by the database. Has nothing to do with *this site*

 

Okay, how do i get "unflagged" then, since i wasn't online or even home at the time of the action taking place? also if it doesn't have anything to do with fcn, then why doesn't it happen to me on other sites i visit? if my isp is in fact blacklisted, don't you think i would be getting the same results as i have here?
