Request Banned for VPN (When not using a VPN) Advice

I recently moved to a new home and for reasons too technical for me to understand my ISP get flagged as a VPN even though I'm definitely not using a VPN.

I also can't connect to Disney+ , Reddit and some other sites for the same issue.

My ISP has told me its something to do with the routing of the network and "Some service providers class certain AS/IP's as data centres"

I have put in an unban request and hopefully that gets looked and and sorted but in the meantime does anyone have any ideas or advice on what to do?

Your ISP mentioned that "some service providers class certain AS/IPs as data centres." An Autonomous System (AS) is a collection of IP address ranges managed by a single organisation. IPs from data centres are often flagged due to their association with VPNs and automated traffic.

Seeing as you’re experiencing this issue with multiple websites, I’d recommend asking your ISP to provide more details about the specific AS or IP ranges that are causing issues and see if they can root your traffic differently. Alternatively, requesting a static residential IP from your ISP, which is less likely to be flagged.

If you're receiving a VPN ban message, that's a ban on the network or part of network you're using, not on you as an individual. There will never be unbans on VPN's.

Fair enough that makes sense. So the next step would be, If I can prove I'm not using a VPN, and its just some annoying technical glitch via my ISP... Is there anyway I can be "Whitelisted" or something so I can access chat?
Is there any work around for this at all?
Thanks for your help.

The only step is to talk to your ISP. Network responds in a certain manner and FCN has no control over how your ISP's hardware is configured. FCN doesn't whitelist IP#'s in the database it doesn't control.

Hello, Ive been in contact with my ISP and they have informed me they have requested delisting from a few of the major VPN detectors but alas, no luck, I'm still getting banned for VPN.

Is there anyway you could give me more information to pass onto my IPS? Like, what VPN detector FCN uses? any information at this point is really useful. Thanks

There will never absolutely ever be a disclosure of FCN's anti-spam measure techniques. No website will discuss that with you when it comes to security and anti-spam matters.
