Banned from chat....

I’m not sure where to post this... but I just got banned from chat for no apparent reason. I was on my phone at home, then went for a walk and it banned me when I switched to cellular.

I do have a VPN, but, I have never used it with freechatnow...

It seems I can use the forum... but being banned for being in Japan seems a little harsh ...

Some internet service providers offer traditional as well as VPN access. If you're utilizing those providers, there's a chance that you'll run into a VPN blockage.

FCN doesn't support connections which are known or have potential to be used by your ISP for VPN services.

As far as I know, none of the Japanese telecos use VPN. My home ISP and my phone are with the same teleco though which I thought odd. I guess I can live without chat lol
 
You'd be surprised by the things you don't know about your ISP's and how some of the traffic is handled.
 
i was also banned from the site while using my phone but not on the computer and i've done nothing on my phone that should cause it. could it be a client issue? just wondering
