Banned from old chat

I was banned from the old chat 2 days ago. I appealed immediately. I am able to access new chat, which makes no sense. I did speak with a nice mod in the new chat and she recommended a change to my profile, which I immediately completed. I'm about to give up. Any ideas?

I was also banned and every time I try to Appeal there is a grouch and doesn’t work. Says my name is spam

Those are anti-spam bans by the system. They'll resolve.

FCN is a high-traffic website and draws unwanted element which needs to be controlled.
