It a weird situation as no matter the device (ignoring therefore the provider issue), the internet source, vpn or not I can’t connect to the chat (I can to the forum) since I have been to the UK as I moved there. Any solution or anyone with the same issue - pressings connecting once you got all your info in simply does nothing on every device.
