Freezing or Crashing Can’t log into chat

I can’t seam to log into chat I can log into forums but when I try to go to chat rooms it won’t let me I click I’m over 18 and agree to the rules but when I click for chat it just reloads the same thing?
 
Did this happen before creation of additional profiles? Try another web browser first, please.
 
This just happened today I’ve only had this account no other before I was a guest but now this is the only account I use I’m also using my phone
 
You have two profiles. We don't suggest that to waste your time or our time. One is likely causing an issue.
