Detailed Chat Incident Report form now live

If you have had an issue with another chatter or chatters that cannot be resolved by a moderator, such as a persistent harassment issue, hacking, stalking, credible threats of violence, and others, we now have a report form intended to allow you to describe incidents in detail and submit supporting evidence, such as screenshots, to help us to resolve the issue.

Please keep in mind that 99.9% of all issues should be taken to a moderator first by using the built-in report system in the chat. Abuse of this system may result in your future reports being ignored or by account ban, depending on circumstances, so do not use this form to submit reports that should be handled by chat moderators, incidents that do not violate the rules or our terms of service, suggestions, questions, comments, etc.
