yes this happens all the time

When ever I am chatting on my phone and I want to upload a picture from my google account I get disconnected. There seems to be a time limit which is very short. Could you please address this issue.

You're not suggesting what that time limit is or on which end.

Try 2.4GHz WiFi. 5GHz on mobile phones has higher throughput, but isn't as reliable.
