Error trying to login to chat

    Hello! I'm a newbie noob. When I try and login to any chat rooms I get the following error -

    "You were disconnected from the server by server.
    Reason: not authenticated"

    Anyone else have this issue and find a magic fix for it? It makes me super sad & pouty.

    Have you tried coming out of fcn and back in. Also check your emails. See if you've recieved one to authenticate your email address you use on here. ;)

    @Dogowar I've tried logging in and out. Clearing history/cache. I confirmed my e-mail address. I even tried to stand on my head for a bit irl! All to no avail....

    Give one of the Mods a try. Their usually pretty good at sorting this kind of thing out ;)

    Welcome btw. Hope once you get it sorted you enjoy it here :)

    Make sure you are signed off of your other accounts before you log in. If it persists, clear your cache and cookies. If it does so after that, take a screenshot of the message it gives you and post it here.

    Does it matter what web browser you use? I have to use Firefox to log in when I’m on my laptop.

    I just tried in Safari and Chrome and still had the same message. :'( I am doomed maybe

    You’ve deleted all cookies and cache? Do you have everything up to date?
