FCN Chat log in help please

Ok, I've done the registration and had it confirmed via e-mail but there is no option showing up in chat to allow me to log in there. All I can see is a 'logout' option. How on earth does one log into chat?

Because HTML chat is disabled for the time being.

 

Flash = computer browser
HTML5 = mobile browser
