Okay probably very simple but I can´t see it.
My very good friend has just bought a new phone unfortunately she forgot her Password for this site.

How can she recover it if she can´t log in to her account ??

but if she can´t remember the original password will it send the info to the email address she used to register ?

i need help resetting 2 names forgot email/lost access to email address used for them

Password reset works same way as on any other website. Select "Forgot Password" when logging in.
You'll need to gain access to the email.

Looks like you'll have to abandon the profiles or regain access to emails.
