I don't feel so, somewhere feeling that all is done and dusted does not come to me. At least most of the times.
There are many ways countries have reacted:
1) South Korea , Bahrain tested and tested and tested
2) Big Powers remain in denial - US, Brazil
3) Sweden still on its herd immunity program
4) Strict Lockdowns as a measure - now in Italy, Spain, India, Bangladesh, Philippines
5) Build better health practise, awareness and discipline along with testing - Germany
7) Track, test, use technology - Taiwan
8) Test and use actual detectives and police to track EVERY contact point of carrier and then isolate all of the - Iceland
Countries like Taiwan, Hongkong, Singapore, South Korea have behaved a lot more maturely as they had faced such things in past. They were and are ready to take care of people. They know such things can humble any system.
If anything this disease will change and already is changing on how we take care of personal and public health.
I know all looks like dark emptiness of space, but I know that's where the brightest stars are born. Things will get better.
