I don't feel so, somewhere feeling that all is done and dusted does not come to me. At least most of the times.

There are many ways countries have reacted:

1) South Korea , Bahrain tested and tested and tested
2) Big Powers remain in denial - US, Brazil
3) Sweden still on its herd immunity program
4) Strict Lockdowns as a measure - now in Italy, Spain, India, Bangladesh, Philippines
5) Build better health practise, awareness and discipline along with testing - Germany
7) Track, test, use technology - Taiwan
8) Test and use actual detectives and police to track EVERY contact point of carrier and then isolate all of the - Iceland

Countries like Taiwan, Hongkong, Singapore, South Korea have behaved a lot more maturely as they had faced such things in past. They were and are ready to take care of people. They know such things can humble any system.

If anything this disease will change and already is changing on how we take care of personal and public health.

I know all looks like dark emptiness of space, but I know that's where the brightest stars are born. Things will get better.

To bastardize Mr Hannan all you're doing is shutting down debate by evoking Godwin's Law. I assume she's a conservative and/or a republican? Well you do realize national socialists and fascists alike marched under red banners on May Day, imposed high tariffs and promoted worker's control of factories? In fact H i t l e r himself is on record as stating he was a socialist as far back as 1930.


I'm not sure what she's said in the past but how you and some others addressed her online last night; calling for her to be killed and stuff, was quite disgusting. And apart from that you're also wrong to call her a nazi unless she's promoting national socialism.

Up until last night this thread was being used as an outlet and talking point for adults. Who possess enough intellect to not attack people they don’t agree with. Opinions are welcome here. Inane, bullshit fucking insults aren’t. So do us all a favour and fuck off.

And seriously @Edie this whole thread started because you got all pissy because a mod shut you down for some dumb shit you said on a prior thread . This whole thread is nothing but a bitchfest you started because your feelings were hurt . Don't act like it ever was intended to some serious ass debate .
