Get Older Messages not working

What is the error message you're seeing?

no error message just disappears

Have you attempted any troubleshooting?

nothing to troubleshoot

I click on the "+get older messages" with people I have chatted with and it just disappears and doesnt show anything. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a setting I need to set in the profile?

Still no one that can help with this feature not working? You mean to tell me there is absolutely no one at all that knows how to fix this issue?
