I'm grateful that most days I'm in a delightful and cherry mood. Also, I'm going to see the new Avatar tomorrow with my son 
I'm grateful for the friends I've made here who never judge my depression moodswings and in stead just offer support and hugs ❤
If there is one thing that I am really greatful for then it is the day I choose to turn my back on those who say you are crazy its not possible ... those who was toxic to me .... those who have drain me ... and those days when I have try to please every one. I am greatful for the day I realize that if my own life and mental health is not good then I am in no position to help others properly. I am greatful for the day I choose to be me and to remember I am worthy to be happy
