You may think that Spangles are a treat from the days of yore, back when this crusty old dinosaur was but a slip of a girl, but no! I'm here to tell you that the good old Spangle thrives!! I was merrily delving into a bag of Yorkshire mix when said sweet treat popped into my mouth, full of fizzy, fruity yumminess. I couldn't help but smile at the irony. And here's another amazing fact... said sweeties were gender specific!! Ahead of their time clearly...

They were a UK product and were discontinued in 1984 although they made a brief reappearance in 1995. In their day they were probably good lol. Personally, the reappearance in 2017 of my own brand is much sweeter and juicier
