Keep get warning and spam ban

Here is my problem.I chat in private,using pm with people metà on the various chat room.
Every now and then i get a warning or also ban for spam.
I can't understand the reason why this happens.
Do i miss any rules or function that forbid the chat with pm?
Because i usually speak using long phrases,so It semms odd to me they are considered spamming

PMing many people in a rapid succession = spam.

 

Okay but the thing is,even with one person,if i send more than two or three pm it's warning and then ban.And god save me,if the person answer quickly cause i'll get banned if i reply with same Speed.
I know about chat with multiple people,learn on my skin the ban,but even with one person?
Maybe it's because happened multiple tine to me theyr is minus tolerance?

It might be worth revisiting the wording in the Chat Rules. The phrase "may be considered" is used in several statements in regards to spam. Users might benefit from a more explicit statement like the one you just made.

 

Sure, after hundreds of thousands of other websites do the same.

Were you perhaps expecting something more...aggressive...more defensive? Were you perhaps hoping for it? I'm not here for drama dude, and I'm not a threat and I act in good faith. And this is not virtue signalling....and I'm not trying to get inside your head. I understand what your moderator task must be like and the irritations you must have to deal with.
