I was on chat and sent someone a link in a pm and I was muted without warning. On the previous chat this lasted 5 minutes so I figured I'd wait it out. 10ish minutes passed and nothing happened. I ended up having to relog into the chat.
There might be a glitch where users aren't getting a warning and aren't being unmuted. I also couldn't pm anyone while muted.
