This sort of stuff says more about the commenter. There was a girl I dated once, really hot but would always comment on other girls looks in a really bitchy way. In the end I got rid of her. It made her seem really ugly.
One thing you learn fast here is, everyone is different. The only controls you have are A. Ignore or B. don't reply. But the sheer variety of people here means there will be some that you do enjoy talking with. Focus on those and I've said this before, the only real control you have is about what you say and do. Focus on those of interest, disinterest means simply that, you have none. You can't like everyone so stay positive and rely on it being contagious to inspire others into a similar frame of mind. If that doesn't work, see options A or B. Stay happy, love life, enjoy what you do.
