Im currently modding on an FCN room how ever i still see illegal content but cant ban cos i dont heave the access to, my question is will reports still be effective on guests even when Logged off THEN they return under another name ?

 

You're modded up in a private room, not an official FCN chat room. Temporary/room mods won't have access to anything other than modding in private rooms and reports just like everyone else.
Users don't need to be present in order for us to take action. Evidence, however, is necessary.
